"Issue got sorted in the end tbh"
Had a bit of a hiccup with my order because it turned up with the wrong personalisation, which was kinda annoying ngl. I emailed Gift Haven and they replied quickly. They sent out a replacement and kept me updated, so fair play to them. Took a little longer than I’d hoped, but they did sort it properly in the end. Would probs use them again...

"Glad I Trusted My Instinct"
My order showed up faster than I expected, i’m really glad I trusted my instinct on this one. The box was in perfect shape, and the gift inside looked exactly how it was supposed to. I was a little worried there might be scratches or marks, but everything was clean and well-packed. Really happy with the whole experience and I’d definitely order again.

Got this as a gift. Overall, good experience. The item was nice, looked fine, and the person liked it. Only thing was the delivery. It arrived a bit later than expected. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying. Still happy with it in the end.

I was shopping around for a few different gifts and ended up finding a good mix of options here. Some sections definitely had more to choose from than others, which I noticed at first, but it still made the whole process easier. I do think a few more styles would be nice to see, though it’s not a big deal because I still found what I needed. Overall, a solid site for gift shopping

I ordered a personalised gift and just went with my gut, hoping the photo wouldn’t come out blurry. It ended up looking way better than I expected — really clear, with nice colours and a sharp print.

"Really easy fix for my damaged order"
My mug showed up with a crack in it, so I emailed foreverygift.com thinking it might be a hassle. To be fair, they got back to me quickly and just asked me to send over a photo, which was easy enough.

They gave me the choice of a refund or a replacement, and I went with the replacement. It arrived a few days later and was packed much better this time. No fuss, no back-and-forth drama — a solid experience, and I’d be happy to order from them again.
